Responsibilities
Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and complex domestic/international travel arrangements with impeccable attention to detail, including multi-stop itineraries, logistics, budgets, and on-the-ground adjustments
Own end-to-end meeting preparation including research, briefing documents, agendas, talking points, and post-meeting follow-up to drive efficiency and accountability
Serve as the secondary contact for office management tasks, including vendor management, office supplies, and workspace organization
Handle communications and manage investor engagements on behalf of the CEO
Serve as team liaison, triaging requests for CEO time and managing stakeholder expectations across the organization
Coordinate strategic, CEO-driven initiatives that span multiple departments, ensuring alignment and forward momentum
Provide board relations support, including preparing materials, managing board calendar, and coordinating with board members
Manage confidential information with discretion, handling high-level company strategy, personnel matters, and investor conversations
