The Executive Assistant will manage WhatsApp interactions with customers, answering inquiries and providing timely updates, utilize Asana to oversee projects and collaborate effectively with internal teams, design engaging advertisements in Canva, incorporating dealership images and pricing information, generate accurate monthly pricing and financing estimates using Xdesk Pro, ensure vehicle listings and pricing remain precise and up to date, and work closely with internal staff to streamline processes and communication.
