Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Manage WhatsApp interactions with customers, answering inquiries and providing timely updates with a professional tone.
  • Task Management: Utilize Asana to oversee projects and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Marketing Support: Design engaging advertisements in Canva, incorporating dealership images and pricing information.
  • Pricing & Estimates: Use Xdesk Pro, an online calculator, to generate accurate monthly pricing and financing estimates based on dealership-provided figures, term lengths, and mileage limits.
  • Listings Maintenance: Ensure vehicle listings and pricing remain precise and up to date.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with internal staff to streamline processes and communication.
