  • Excellent judgment, strong organizational skills, flexibility on work timings (adapting to USA and India cross-functional execution), and the ability to manage priorities, communications, and operations with accuracy and foresight

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CXO’s inbox and communications, assessing business context to prioritize what requires immediate attention versus delegation
  • Manage complex calendars, high-volume scheduling, and domestic/international travel logistics with precision and foresight
  • Drive follow-ups on key projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals
  • Coordinate executive offsites, leadership forums, and engagement activities
  • Provide administrative and facilities support, including vendor coordination and logistical needs
  • Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings
  • Act as a liaison between the CXO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignment
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize leadership time
