Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Executive Committee (EC) members (i.e., CEO and their direct reports)
  • Conduct research, prepare ad-hoc reports, and handle information requests
  • Perform clerical functions
  • Serve as the liaison for the Manager of Executive Office to various departments across SEO
  • Maintain calendars
  • Greet visitors
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Organize communications
  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for Executive and Board meetings and other recurring or ad-hoc meetings
  • Maintain files, records, and correspondence for various meetings
  • Research, collect and/or analyze data to prepare documents for EC members’ review and presentation
  • Collaborate with Executive Office team members in daily work tasks, including coverage and problem solving
  • Assist in preparing documentation for fiscal and regulatory authorities, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
