1+ years of executive support experience on a high-volume desk at a studio, network, production company or talent agency
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with high-level executives, talent, and partners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with steadfast follow-up habits
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with SAP and Keynote is a plus
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters
Self-starter with a dedicated mindset and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the SVP of Drama, including managing a dynamic calendar, coordinating meetings, rolling and tracking calls, maintaining contacts, and preparing for daily engagements
Act as a trusted liaison between the SVP of Drama and internal teams, talent representatives, and external partners
Handle all communications with professionalism and discretion, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics
Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner
Draft, edit, and format presentations, memos, and other documents with accuracy and efficiency
Track deadlines and deliverables across multiple projects and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Provide general office support, including managing supplies and coordinating with facilities as needed
