Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar support role, demonstrating strong organizational skills, clear communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. A proactive mindset and proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Sheets) are essential, along with comfort working in a small, fast-paced team where priorities frequently shift. Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, the role involves managing the founder’s calendar, monitoring and managing the inbox, tackling ad hoc tasks such as personal errands and internal coordination, supporting reporting and marketing-related projects, anticipating needs, and staying one step ahead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the protection of the founder’s time and priorities.
