Responsibilities

  • Schedules appointments, meetings, and locations independently without consultation; arranges programs or events; plans and schedules work for office support; may participate in meetings as a department representative and researches/prepares materials
  • Coordinates executives’ calendars, including registration and travel
  • Coordinates a wide variety of large or complex events and meetings, which may include multiple parties, international travel, technology, and/or refreshments
  • Fields, screens, redirects, and responds to a wide variety of inquiries; advises on office policies and procedures; contacts individuals inside and outside of DE&E Technology on highly confidential matters
  • Composes difficult/sensitive correspondence requiring high degree of initiative, judgment, originality, and knowledge
  • Collects and processes data
  • Manages travel arrangements and expenses
  • Handles complex communications
  • Develops and distributes meeting materials
  • Manages office supply management
  • Provides presentation and reporting support
  • Independently manages day-to-day activities in support of DE&E Technology executive leadership
