Responsibilities
Schedules appointments, meetings, and locations independently without consultation; arranges programs or events; plans and schedules work for office support; may participate in meetings as a department representative and researches/prepares materials
Coordinates executives’ calendars, including registration and travel
Coordinates a wide variety of large or complex events and meetings, which may include multiple parties, international travel, technology, and/or refreshments
Fields, screens, redirects, and responds to a wide variety of inquiries; advises on office policies and procedures; contacts individuals inside and outside of DE&E Technology on highly confidential matters
Composes difficult/sensitive correspondence requiring high degree of initiative, judgment, originality, and knowledge
Collects and processes data
Manages travel arrangements and expenses
Handles complex communications
Develops and distributes meeting materials
Manages office supply management
Provides presentation and reporting support
Independently manages day-to-day activities in support of DE&E Technology executive leadership
