Responsibilities

Serves as the CEO's primary gatekeeper and command center for all external and internal communications, enabling the CEO to focus on high-value work
Strategically sequence a complex, high-volume calendar to align with the CEO's priorities and goals, including proactive scheduling, meeting preparation, and managing time zones
Monitors and prioritizes the CEO's inbox, drafting precise internal/external correspondence and ensuring all critical follow-up items and commitments are closed-loop executed
Independently plans and executes all domestic and international executive travel, creating detailed, real-time itineraries and managing last-minute changes with calm and efficiency
Act as the primary scheduling and logistical liaison for the CEO's direct reports and key external stakeholders: Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics for leadership team meetings, off-sites, and Board interactions
Track and manage all key information and documentation, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication flow across relevant internal and external stakeholders
