Responsibilities

Ensure the CPTO is well-prepared with agenda & materials for meetings
Partner closely with executives to help them manage their time efficiently
Manage routine executive communications internally and externally and ensure follow-ups happen in a timely manner
Own administrative duties including calendar and schedule, travel itineraries, reservations, and expenses for the CPTO and his leadership team
Own special projects for the technology organization and partner directly with executives
Find opportunities to take workstreams off the executive’s plate and remove bottlenecks
Oversee meeting schedules for key events and onsites
Collaborate with EA teams internally and externally on meetings, event coordination, and special projects
Uphold Tubi’s reputation by managing high-stakes relationships and communications with C-Suite executives and high-level talent
Support day-to-day operations of the office space including conference room and desk assignments, supplies, and shared equipment
Enhance productivity across the team through intelligent management and design
