Responsibilities

Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar: Prioritize, schedule, and time-block with intention, ensuring the CEO stays focused on the highest-value work. Filter inbound requests with clarity and protect time when it matters most
Lead travel and logistics end-to-end: Plan seamless travel experiences, from itineraries and bookings to expense management. Everything is organized, accurate, and handled with foresight
Drive communication and inbox management: Triage messages, draft communication, and manage follow-ups so the CEO always has the information and context needed to move quickly and confidently
Support meetings and operational rhythm: Prepare agendas, materials, and briefings while tracking action items and ensuring alignment across teams
Act as a trusted partner: Handle sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion. Create a sense of security and stability for the CEO and wider team through proactive support and frictionless problem-solving
