Candidates should possess proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with prior work experience at an accounting firm required, and strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. Flawless English communication skills – both verbal and written, excellent phone etiquette, and email writing ability are essential, along with being highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software is a plus.
The Executive Assistant will monitor and track online business listings regularly, initiate and follow up on calls and emails to business sellers and stakeholders, manage communications with professionalism and clarity, assist with various administrative tasks to support daily business operations, perform accounting-related duties including AP/AR processing, invoicing, and reconciliation, prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports as needed, and collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business transactions.
