Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire events coordination
  • Involved with a detailed review of all processes, procedures, methods, and tools to determine adequacy to meet current requirements for events planning service
  • Manage the monthly budget for organized events and justify monthly expenses
  • Adhering to Country Regulations
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Adhere to the Business Units and Compliance Events strategy
  • Ensuring all KPIs are monitored effectively and completed regularly
  • Assist in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement of service provided to customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with other Functions while driving leverage opportunities across areas
  • Ensure all Compliance, SOX, FCPA, and Quality policies are implemented and applied in any undertaking of events planning
  • Deal directly with Commercial Leaders / Product Managers in relation to Event Reviews on a regular basis
  • Working knowledge of GDPR regulations
  • Work with all virtual event platforms required by the business
