Responsibilities

Responsible for the entire events coordination
Involved with a detailed review of all processes, procedures, methods, and tools to determine adequacy to meet current requirements for events planning service
Manage the monthly budget for organized events and justify monthly expenses
Adhering to Country Regulations
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks
Adhere to the Business Units and Compliance Events strategy
Ensuring all KPIs are monitored effectively and completed regularly
Assist in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement of service provided to customers
Build and maintain relationships with other Functions while driving leverage opportunities across areas
Ensure all Compliance, SOX, FCPA, and Quality policies are implemented and applied in any undertaking of events planning
Deal directly with Commercial Leaders / Product Managers in relation to Event Reviews on a regular basis
Working knowledge of GDPR regulations
Work with all virtual event platforms required by the business
