Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of flagship events, from initial discussions to on-the-day management, including vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery and budget adherence
  • Advise marketing leaders on best practices for events, including market trends, formats, engagement options, venues, tech, and vendors
  • Oversee hospitality programmes, including guest list management, supplier coordination, and internal/external communications
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining event management processes and governance for consistency, quality, and compliance
  • Lead post-event reporting, including quarterly reports on engagement and trends, demonstrating value and implementing learnings
  • Identify and implement innovation opportunities, refreshing annual events and creating new client engagement experiences
  • Build strong relationships within the marketing agency and wider business, understanding client priorities
