Create and implement scalable event processes, including request systems, reporting structures, and quality standards
Manage end-to-end event operations including venue booking, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site execution
Work with modern project management platforms, event management systems, and comprehensive reporting tools to track acquisition metrics and community engagement
Drive Qonto's expansion across German-speaking markets (DACH) through strategic event planning and community building to increase acquisition, market awareness, and establish Qonto as a thought leader in the fintech ecosystem
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Media & Brand, Design, Partnerships, Field-sales, and Finance, under the Head of Marketing - Central Europe
