Responsibilities

Plan and Execute Global Events: Lead LayerZero’s participation in major conferences, industry gatherings, and ecosystem activations. Manage end-to-end execution: strategy, logistics, vendor relationships, and creative production
Design LayerZero-Owned Experiences: Develop and produce owned events — from product launches to partner summits — that showcase our technology and network. Ensure every touchpoint communicates consistency, precision, and quality
Partner Cross-Functionally: Work with BD and Comms to align event strategy with business goals and narrative priorities. Collaborate with comms and cross functional teams to integrate content and educational programming
Measure and Iterate: Track performance and engagement to assess impact and ROI. Continuously improve event systems, playbooks, and post-event reporting
