Requirements

  • Ability to handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries for RX events (attendee, exhibitor, and conference queries on registration, show info, pricing, etc.)
  • Capability to make outbound calls for outreach to attendees/exhibitors to increase attendance, assist with registration, and conduct matchmaking
  • Proficiency in reading and responding to email inquiries daily for all RX shows
  • Knowledge of exhibitor portals and visitor registration processes
  • Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to customer queries via chat, email, telephone, and social media
  • Proactive ability to seek out and provide accurate show information
  • Strong active listening skills to identify customer needs and deliver excellent service
  • Clear, concise, polite, and informative communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Capacity to take ownership of queries from start to finish and provide ad-hoc support to show teams
  • Adherence to training, processes, best practices, SLAs, standards, and reporting requirements
  • Ability to identify process/functional inefficiencies, escalate with suggestions, and collaborate with CRE’s and CRM
  • Skills in categorizing queries accurately and conducting ad-hoc analysis of email traffic for trends/patterns

Responsibilities

  • Provide event support assistance to all inbound queries
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries for all RX events
  • Make outbound calls for attendee/exhibitor outreach, registration assistance, and matchmaking
  • Respond to all email inquiries for RX shows daily
  • Provide support on exhibitor portals and visitor registration
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer queries via multiple channels
  • Proactively gather show information to ensure accurate customer responses
  • Listen actively, identify needs, and deliver excellent service reinforcing RX as supplier of choice
  • Ensure all communications are clear, concise, polite, and informative
  • Provide ad-hoc support to show teams and own queries end-to-end
  • Complete tasks and workload to agreed SLAs
  • Identify inefficiencies damaging customer experience, escalate suggestions to CRM
  • Adhere to training, processes, and best practices; collaborate with CRE’s and CRM for improvements
  • Capture and communicate information per standards and reporting requirements
  • Categorize all queries accurately for management reporting
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis of email traffic to identify trends/patterns for change implementation
