Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute monthly offline events, including concept development, budget planning, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency
  • Develop and manage pre-event marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, RED, and email), including content scheduling, warm-up promotions, RSVP collection, and conversion rate tracking
  • Lead on-site event execution, overseeing setup, staff coordination, partner engagement, and real-time content creation and posting to maximize audience engagement
  • Conduct post-event analysis, summarizing key takeaways, evaluating KPIs and conversion metrics, and preparing actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Optimize website SEO and SEM strategies, and utilize GA4 analytics to monitor performance, measure conversions, and enhance marketing effectiveness
