Requirements

  • Experienced Event Marketing Manager who knows how to independently run modern, high-impact B2B SaaS events end-to-end, from booth buildout to pipeline generation
  • Hands-on experience managing event logistics, vendors, shipping, swag, booth design, and on-site execution
  • Ability to bring fresh, differentiated ideas to every show
  • Move fast, stay organized under pressure, and thrive in environments where you can own outcomes, not just tasks
  • Natural collaborator who loves pulling in Sales, PMM, Product, and Brand stakeholders to build moments that drive real business impact
  • Based in or near the Bay Area (or able to pop into the office when needed) and enjoy being “on the ground” when shipping, staging, or prepping materials before major events
  • Low ego, high output; communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and bring a builder’s mentality to everything you touch
