Position Overview

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager, Advocacy for its European team. This role is crucial in transforming satisfied customers into passionate advocates, driving growth through positive word-of-mouth marketing. Reporting to the European Customer Marketing Director, you will manage the customer advocacy program, ensuring content is compliant and amplified globally. You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders throughout the content creation process, identifying and nurturing referenceable customers from the European region and tracking regional references and content.

What You'll Do:

  • Advocacy Program Development: Implement a comprehensive customer advocacy program to identify, nurture, and leverage satisfied customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for customer advocates.
  • Identify Advocates: Proactively identify potential customer advocates within the client base and collaborate with Field Marketing and Sales teams for engagement.
  • Advocacy Campaigns: Execute campaigns including case studies, testimonials, and success stories to highlight customer impact.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on the program's impact, focusing on advocate creation across all organizational levels.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align advocacy efforts.
  • Events: Integrate the advocacy program into the regional events calendar.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in customer marketing, customer reference management, or customer advocacy.

  • Passion for working with customers and customer storytelling.

  • Great project management skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with global and field teams.
