Responsibilities

  • Accountable for end-to-end service relationship for assigned HQ clients, driving a consistent service agenda
  • Partner with Global or European Key Account Manager (G/EKAM) to identify opportunities and achieve required growth
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders at a regional level to achieve trusted advisor status
  • Manage local/regional data subscriptions, growing revenue by leveraging full IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities
  • Drive strategy and deliver against commercial objectives
  • Drive IQVIA service excellence agenda across client organisations
  • Understand client priorities to achieve or exceed revenue, service excellence, and growth goals
  • Support G/EKAM on regional contract renewals and pursuit of multi-country engagements
  • Accountable for client service support for subscription services
  • Ownership of data investigations and questions affecting clients' use and understanding of IQVIA portfolio
  • Monitor client satisfaction for contracted deliverables, collaborating with IQVIA teams across countries
  • Ensure proactive role in contract strategy, monitoring, and resolving hygiene questions at regional and local levels
  • Lead face-to-face quarterly service reviews with clients, focusing on satisfaction improvement and action plans
  • Manage all service-related activities in the regional Service Level Policy (SLP)
  • Contribute to regular account planning sessions, highlighting the service agenda
  • Continuously develop knowledge of IQVIA organisation, services, healthcare industry, and client base
  • Participate in projects to deliver against IQVIA Bolder, Smarter, Leaner objectives
