Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional benefits strategies aligned with global priorities
  • Act as the primary liaison between Reward, People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors; influence senior leadership and ensure alignment across functions
  • Own all operational processes for benefits delivery, including payroll deductions, enrolments, vendor integrations, and invoice processing
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards
  • Simplify complex benefits information, leverage digital tools, and champion wellbeing and diversity-focused initiatives
  • Analyze program utilization, ROI, and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement
