Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and demonstrate experience in system engineering and change management. They should also have knowledge of ITIL-aligned change management processes and experience with security tools such as MDM, EDR, DLP, and DSPM, along with the ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities
The ET Systems Engineering & Change Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to manage endpoint, SaaS, data, network, and identity security systems, focusing on risk reduction, efficiency, and staff development. They will oversee ITIL-aligned change management processes, drive staff development and team performance, manage system improvement projects, and collaborate with IT and other teams to align on projects, while also addressing escalated system or security issues and identifying inefficiencies to propose process improvements.
