Responsibilities

  • Comprendre et évaluer les besoins des clients à travers les demandes de prix
  • Réaliser des croquis d'estimation précis à l'aide de Revit
  • Calculer les quantités de tous les éléments en bois massif (poutres, colonnes, etc.)
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de vente, d'ingénierie, de transport et les sous-traitants spécialisés en bois massif
  • Monter la feuille de prix incluant la main-d'œuvre spécialisée, les matériaux en bois et les équipements
  • Préparer les documents de soumission pour le client
  • Faire le suivi des projets et des ordres de changement
  • Fixer les prix pour toutes modifications requises
