Responsibilities

  • Receber treinamento e mentoria para completar tarefas e projetos que aperfeiçoem aprendizado e habilidades
  • Engajar, conhecer e aprender sobre a área designada (sem limitações)
  • Participar e entregar projetos internos para resultados aos clientes (internos e externos) e identificar oportunidades de melhorias no negócio e área
  • Aprender o Sistema Operacional interno (incluindo softwares e aplicativos) para desenvolver e entregar projetos e tarefas diárias
  • Colaborar e conectar com diferentes times, estagiários e áreas da Baker Hughes para amplo conhecimento e rede de networking global
  • Aplicar conceitos de HSE (Saúde, Segurança e Meio-Ambiente), garantindo e mantendo procedimentos em todas as situações
  • Participar e engajar em grupos de integração para estagiários e outros Hubs de voluntariado, Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão
  • Dar suporte em iniciativas comerciais, planejamento de vendas e interação entre áreas (Vendas)
  • Auxiliar com relatórios, apresentações e discussões estratégicas com lideranças financeiras, comerciais e operacionais (Vendas)
  • Suportar uso estratégico de dados de mercado, cliente e competidores, e construção de dashboards gerenciais (Área Comercial)
  • Construir estratégias comerciais ganhadoras para oportunidades identificadas e prospectadas (Área Comercial)
  • Gerenciar processos e stakeholders envolvidos no processo comercial (Área Comercial)
  • Elaborar orçamento dos projetos e apresentar business case para a alta gestão (Área Comercial)
