Responsibilities

  • Atendimento de primeiro nível por telefone/e-mail para solucionar dúvidas e dificuldades relacionadas às soluções IQVIA
  • Analisar informações de mercado
  • Reconciliar o saldo total do Patrocinador com o Saldo do Patrocinador Corporativo
  • Em uma base anual, ajudar com relatórios fiscais do país
  • Suporte em manutenção do banco de dados do fornecedor, conforme necessário
  • Suporte em treinamentos do portfólio IQVIA aos clientes, conforme necessário
