Al menos 10 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos o en estudios de demanda, tráfico e ingresos
Dominio de herramientas analíticas y software de modelado de transporte y tráfico
Conocimientos avanzados en estadística y econometría
Pensamiento crítico, orientación a resultados, habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo

Responsibilities

Gestionar y liderar estudios contratados con terceros, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos, plazos y calidad esperada
Investigar el contexto y los elementos clave de cada proyecto
Realizar estudios sobre la oferta, la demanda y las preferencias de los usuarios
Desarrollar proyecciones de escenarios futuros y evaluar riesgos asociados
Estimar la demanda e ingresos potenciales de los proyectos
Analizar y evaluar críticamente los métodos de cálculo y las estimaciones realizadas por consultores externos
Desarrollar, cuando sea necesario, estimaciones propias
Auditar y evaluar modelos de transporte y tráfico para garantizar su calidad y validez
Examinar las condiciones contractuales relacionadas con el mercado e ingresos, como pliegos y contratos con la Administración, aportando recomendaciones y ajustes si es necesario
Recopilar y analizar tendencias del mercado y avances sectoriales relevantes
Dar seguimiento y actualizar las proyecciones de proyectos y concesiones en cartera
