Candidates must have knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS is mandatory, Azure is desirable), strong operational knowledge and troubleshooting skills for incidents, and extensive experience with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo/Jaeger, and Dynatrace. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Harness, ArgoCD), load testing (Jmeter, Locust, k6), GitOps, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD (mandatory), Terraform, and Helm (mandatory) is required, along with intermediate English skills. Container security knowledge, Istio experience, and a background in API development (Java, Python, Go) are considered advantages.
The SRE Specialist will be responsible for operating and contributing to automations and pipelines to enhance squad productivity. They will manage cloud infrastructure focusing on vulnerabilities, observability, compliance, and FinOps. The role involves actively participating in an SRE squad, engaging in ceremonies, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
