Requirements

  • Carrera universitaria en: Administración, Mercadeo, Ingeniería o afín
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en marketing digital, redes sociales, desarrollo de negocios o innovación en giro Farmacéutico (Indispensable)
  • Conocimiento en canales digitales/conocimiento del ecosistema (páginas web, email marketing, aplicaciones móviles, SMS, redes sociales, etc.)
  • Conocimientos en Google Analytics para obtener información valiosa
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Ciudad de residencia: Bogotá

Responsibilities

  • Hacer seguimiento al desempeño a través de la analítica (Google Analytics) de las campañas promocionales y no promocionales para activar decisiones como cambios en la pauta o del target segmentado (Multichannel y Marketing)
  • Capacidad para producir insights de los datos generados por Google Analytics
  • Seguimiento oportuno de los resultados de las estrategias de full funnel por medio de Google Analytics, email marketing y otras herramientas
  • Apoyo en el seguimiento y ejecución de la estrategia no promocional
  • Apoyo en los proyectos digitales de cada área terapéutica como lo son generación de contenidos
  • Apoyo operativo en el entendimiento del entorno digital de forma continua: como buscan los usuarios en Google acerca de un tema y auditoría digital continua de nuestros activos
  • Segmentación de audiencias alineado a los objetivos de comunicación
  • Validación y generación de reportes mensuales de los activos digitales
  • Apoyar la creación del dashboard Multichannel & Digital
  • Seguimiento a los KPIs de la fuerza de ventas
