Responsibilities

  • Educar pessoas com diabetes e seus familiares/responsáveis sobre como utilizar os produtos
  • Treinar profissionais da saúde (HCPs) sobre a importância do tratamento intensivo de pacientes com diabetes usando produtos Medtronic
  • Auxiliar pacientes com problemas clínicos e técnicos relacionados aos produtos e terapias Medtronic MiniMed
  • Treinar o médico em relação ao gerenciamento da terapia do paciente assim que o processo de tratamento se inicia, conforme necessidade, para garantir um resultado positivo
  • Auxiliar no recrutamento de novos Instrutores de Bombas Certificados para Diabetes (CPTs) da Medtronic dentro do território
  • Suportar o time comercial local e de marketing
  • Participar de eventos científicos locais
  • Ser referência para os KOLs
