Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess approximately 3-7 years of experience in a relevant (consulting or management) role focused on sustainability reporting, strategy, sustainable finance, or audit/assurance, along with experience and interest in the analytical aspects of sustainability, including reporting, data, insights, technology, governance, and a strong understanding of frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Integrated Reporting, and GRI. Furthermore, candidates must have strong analytical and communicative skills in both English and Dutch, and experience leading projects and providing high-level advice to diverse clients.
Responsibilities
As an experienced advisor, the candidate will guide clients through the entire sustainability process, taking a visible and responsible role. They will take initiative, navigate organizations effectively, and proactively contribute to the company's growth, shaping projects independently while fostering collaborative achievements. The role involves inspiring organizations with a passion for sustainability, acting as a key point of contact for senior management, and delivering impactful solutions by leveraging expertise in areas such as legislation, data analysis, technology, audit, and reporting processes.
