Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have over 10 years of experience in client-facing consulting or contracting roles, along with a proven track record of delivering complex SAP programs, including multi-country rollouts of ECC and S/4 HANA. They must demonstrate strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience skills, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both the country’s official language(s) and English, with C2 proficiency. Furthermore, candidates should have the ability to lead teams in preparing proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators, articulate value-based propositions, and lead proposal presentations, along with experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources, and mentoring consulting resources.
The ERP/SAP Program Lead will be responsible for leading complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, on time, and to quality standards. They will manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor organizations, develop and implement program delivery frameworks, collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the ERP practice by helping clients deliver value and business transformation through digital ERP solutions and services.
