The Team: The ERP & Platforms practice designs and implements transformational solutions for large organizations, specializing in SAP technology.

The Role: SAP Consultant FI/CO - Managing full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA in SAP Finance and/or Controlling. This role involves evaluating requirements, designing solutions, ensuring system implementation, and acting as a subject matter expert for clients and project management.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in SAP FI/CO /FSCM.
• Project Lifecycle: At least 3-5 Full Project Lifecycles in SAP FI/CO /FSCM.
• Finance & Controlling: Profound understanding of Finance and Controlling processes with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
• S/4HANA Experience: Experience with S/4HANA projects and/or certification.
• International Rollout: Experience in international template rollout projects is preferred.
• Education: Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Communication Skills: Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences.
• Business Skills: Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel for project-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
• Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap/Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Design and adopt solutions for identified gaps and business process improvements.
• Ensure system implementation alongside near/offshore team members.
• Serve as a sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities.
