Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience on the SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) module, with proven experience on S/4HANA EAM. They should have a deep understanding of Plant Maintenance processes, including Request Maintenance, Work Order planning & execution, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, and Refurbishment. Experience with Data Migration/Harmonization/Cleansing of Plant Maintenance Objects, Global Technical Object structures, SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) EAM, SAP EAM Cloud tools, Assets EHS processes, and Handover for Engineering to Maintenance processes is preferred. Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate technical understanding of the module, good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and knowledge of overall S4HANA concepts. Agile knowledge, ideally Safe agile certified, is also required, as the candidate will participate in agile ceremonies within a team structure with a Scrum Master and Product Owner.
