Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in learning about equity compensation (stock options, RSUs, etc.)
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, IF statements) and willingness to grow technical skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes with discipline
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
  • Previous experience with HR/payroll systems or equity platforms (E*Trade, Carta, HiBob) is a nice to have, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support daily equity operations processes, including RSU releases, stock option exercises, employee terminations, and monthly reconciliations
  • Help maintain accurate and aligned data across equity platforms (e.g., E*Trade, Carta), HRIS (e.g., HiBob), and internal dashboards
  • Assist employees and internal stakeholders (Payroll, Finance, Legal) by responding to basic equity-related questions
  • Partner with external vendors (brokers, equity administrators) to support routine tasks and issue resolution
  • Help prepare and update operational documentation such as FAQs, SOPs, and checklists
  • Provide administrative support for quarterly equity grant cycles, including tracking timelines and deliverables
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and materials for audits and compliance reviews
  • Contribute to team projects related to equity reporting, process improvements, and automation
