Requirements

  • Intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of Plexus Manufacturing processes, Product Requirements & Specifications, and cross-discipline or supplier coordination
  • Ability to develop/execute high-quality, cost-appropriate Manufacturing solutions that satisfy customer requirements
  • Proficiency in utilizing appropriate tools for creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production
  • Capability to successfully execute responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of equipment and processes
  • Availability to work multiple shifts (D shift: Wed-Thu-Fri and every other Tue 6pm-6am; A shift: Sun-Mon-Tue and every other Wed 6am-6pm; C shift: Thu-Fri-Sat and every other Wed 6am-6pm)
  • Proactive maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and dedication to continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for equipment to ensure smooth operation and efficiency of production
  • Develop and execute Manufacturing solutions/services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and meet customer requirements while establishing a technical specialty
  • Apply process improvement or troubleshooting as applicable to the role
  • Use appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production
  • Demonstrate understanding of support for full Plexus Manufacturing processes
  • Execute responsibilities independently per good manufacturing practices and Plexus processes
  • Provide support to direct production line operators
