Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and at least two years of experience as a machine and plant operator or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in operating and monitoring various production systems is advantageous
  • Technical understanding and experience with modern machine systems and camera controls
  • Experience with computers and basic knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Very good German skills in spoken and written form (English skills advantageous)
  • Ability to work independently, flexibility, reliability, quality consciousness in handling machines and systems
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift model and on multiple plant types
  • Initiative, communicative, and team-oriented
  • Knowledge in the printing industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Proper setup, operation, and monitoring of various production machines for manufacturing booklet labels and adhesive labels in CLS
  • Tooling and converting machines according to product requirements, ensuring efficient plant operation
  • Cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of machines and systems to ensure operational readiness
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure consistent quality
  • Ensuring timely and quality-compliant production of products
  • GMP-compliant documentation of tasks performed and production data
  • Active participation in the PPI system to optimize processes and increase efficiency
  • Compliance with safety and occupational health guidelines
  • Working in a 3-shift model
