Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of technical experience, including 2 or more years of experience with Epic. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across all personnel levels are required, along with experience in unit testing and mocking. Preferred qualifications include Epic Payer Platform experience, Epic Bridges Certification, PMP Certification, Six Sigma Certification, an MBA or advanced degree, and demonstrated experience running large-scale projects. A minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is required for remote work.

Responsibilities

The Epic Payer Platform Sr. Technology Leader will oversee end-to-end software or hardware product delivery, driving innovation and leading high-impact technology initiatives. This role involves integrating Humana data and applications with the Epic instance, performing engineering tests for product verification and validation, and supporting Health Systems during the onboarding and testing of Epic interoperability products. The leader will ensure production schedules are met and products meet specifications and quality requirements, while also providing technical support to resolve customer product issues and influencing department strategy through decisions on technical approaches for project components.
