Responsibilities

The EOR Operations Coordinator will assist the Lifecycle Operations team with HR administrative tasks, including basic projects and providing support to global specialists. Responsibilities include assisting with invoicing and billing, supporting employment verifications, managing the shipping of physical documents, and performing other general administrative tasks. The role involves implementing directives to improve employee experience, managing and organizing employee data securely, supporting reporting and audit initiatives, and executing automation opportunities under guidance. The coordinator will also gain direct experience handling HR administrative tasks for employees.
