The ideal candidate can follow instructions accurately, works independently with a strong sense of ownership, and is motivated to improve processes. Teamwork and adaptability to startup environments are essential, with remote work experience being a bonus.
The EOR Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Lifecycle Operations team, assisting with HR tasks, basic projects, and invoicing/billing. Responsibilities include managing employment verifications, handling physical document shipping, organizing employee data, supporting reporting and audit initiatives, and executing automation opportunities. The role also involves directly assisting employees with HR administrative tasks to enhance their experience.
