Senior Environmental Engineer or Scientist (Site Remediation)

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in environmental engineering, environmental studies, environmental science, or a related field. They must have experience in environmental compliance and project management, along with familiarity with the National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and/or National Historic Preservation Act.
The Environmental Projects Manager will lead and mentor an internal team of environmental specialists and external contractors, coordinate environmental studies and documentation, develop and manage project timelines, integrate environmental considerations into project planning, identify and mitigate environmental risks, track changes in environmental laws and regulations, represent environmental interests in meetings, oversee project management systems and reporting, prepare executive summaries, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams. They will also document work using modern tools and techniques and write technical reports.
