Requirements

Master's degree in Occupational & Safety or Master's degree in Engineering and Post Graduate Studies in Occupational Safety
3 years' experience related to environmental, health, and safety aspects in a manufacturing or field service organization
Understand business metrics related to responsibilities for use in project planning and support of goals
Fluent English - B2 level

Responsibilities

Support in the implementation and maintenance of the regional environmental and safety management systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and company procedures
Participate in and assist with government agencies' field visits to understand the regulations and to ensure compliance
Support, implement, maintain and modify Headquarters EHS field and non-operations oriented procedures to ensure compliance to the EHS permits and regulations
Provide technical support, input and coordination on EHS issues that affect projects and processes at the regional/country level
Respond to customer requests for EHS Plans such as safety manual for on-site project work and support the project implementation plan
Report monthly injury/illness metrics to HQ-EHS; support the business in investigation of injury and illnesses; analyze work related injury and illness data, using methods like 5Why / Ishikawa / 4 cases analyze or other available tools to identify actions to prevent a recurrence of the injury/illness; and support efforts to return employees to productive work within assigned medical restrictions
Prepare periodical updates based on EHS reports provided by businesses into global applications and support businesses in time and quality
Ensure that EHS assessments, procedures, training and other control measures by regulation or Rockwell Automation policy and procedures are provided for the facilities, field and non-operations personnel
