Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EHS coordination or related roles
Knowledge of EHS management systems and standards
Ability to prepare and maintain detailed safety and compliance documentation
On-site position with occasional visits to government bodies or regulatory agencies as needed

Responsibilities

Function as Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator
Ensure adherence to compliance with all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations
Proactively identify potential workplace hazards and implement effective corrective actions to mitigate risks
Maintain and regularly update the internal EHS tracking platform, Benchmark Gensuite, specifically for chemical and material purchases related to demo lab activities
Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs, including onboarding sessions, refresher courses, and specialized training modules
Manage the end-to-end process of inventory ordering (Purchase Order) and control, ensuring timely procurement of required materials and chemicals for laboratory and operational needs
Ensure timely renewal of AMCs and/or CMCs for UPS, PACs, Air Compressors, and Gas Generator, etc
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of SCIEX LC-MS/MS instruments allocated for demo lab activities, including those deployed at customer sites for demonstrations
Track inventory movement, usage history, and location status of SCIEX assets, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with internal asset management protocols
