Responsibilities

Follow the career roadmap supplied by mentors
Complete the renowned training program while executing on continuous coaching
Contact clients daily
Partner with clients, companies, and institutions to develop and execute their individualized real estate investment strategies
Prepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value, using market comparables and research
Research the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors
Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear “pathway to growth”, operating with a “team player” mentality
