Minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced
Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced (Must Have)
Experience with Solution Architecture and Cloud Infrastructure (Good to Have)
Strong understanding of process automation methodologies and best practices
Experience in designing scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs
Proficiency in integrating various technologies and platforms to create cohesive solutions

Responsibilities

Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi-service transformational opportunities
Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture
Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders
Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in solution architecture
