You will build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Directors focused on landing and growing Financial Services customers, as part of the Go-To-Market team that helps organizations adopt OpenAI's AI products.
A strong candidate will have hands-on leadership experience in enterprise sales, particularly in Financial Services, with skills in coaching reps, driving pipeline and forecasting, GTM strategy, and navigating regulated environments.
