Candidates must possess at least 10 years of progressive enterprise sales experience, with a minimum of two years specifically within the cybersecurity industry, and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets within the enterprise segment in EMEA. They should also demonstrate experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, including managing both direct reports and sales managers, and possess strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute successful enterprise sales strategies and plans. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and experience selling complex solutions to large organizations, along with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and a strong business acumen and understanding of EMEA enterprise market dynamics.
The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for leading and scaling two teams of Enterprise Sales professionals – a direct sales team and a team managed through a sales manager – to drive significant revenue growth within the enterprise segment across the EMEA region. This includes developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering a high-performance culture, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to expand 1Password’s footprint within key enterprise markets, and ultimately contributing to the overall mission of 1Password by ensuring the digital safety of millions.
