Responsibilities

Architect solutions that achieve customer business outcomes within a specific technical domain or across the company portfolio
Develop and articulate compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals ensuring customer business and technical requirements are met
Provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers through sales presentations, product/solution demonstrations, etc., to gain customer mindshare
Apply advanced knowledge of the company's portfolio to articulate proposals and ensure customer business and technical needs are met
Identify key risks and detail key value points for the account team to ensure requirements are met
Provide input to address key end-customer IT trends, requirements, gaps, or unmet needs
Translate functional design of a solution into scalable technical design and architecture
Communicate how the solution value proposition addresses customer business needs
Track industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and activities, leveraging this with the customer’s technical environment
Show customers how to migrate and/or integrate technologies in new or existing environments
Contribute to industry developments through content support, presentations, demos, booth support at conferences, industry events, and social media
Design and deliver solutions aligned to customer business requirements, leveraging industry and customer technical environment knowledge
Participate in deep-dive discussions
