Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in API-led connectivity using MuleSoft and routing/mediation using Apache Camel
  • Deep experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools like UI Path, and low-code platforms such as Appian and the MS Power Platform
  • Strong background in enterprise development (Java) with expert knowledge of resolving security vulnerabilities in open-source components
  • Proven expertise in AWS Cloud Technologies, including serverless (Lambda, StepFunctions), storage (S3, ECS), messaging (SQS), and infrastructure management
  • Expertise in AWS DevOps activities, utilizing AWS Cloud Formation Templates for infrastructure as code, and managing the Creation & Upgrade of AWS Databases
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, advanced API management, RPA, and end-to-end DevOps practices

Responsibilities

  • Design the future-state integration architecture, focusing on the convergence and automation of the Lead-to-Cash value chain (CRM, ERP, eCommerce)
  • Partner directly with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate business capabilities into technical requirements and long-term architectural roadmaps
  • Act as a key advisor to technology leadership on strategic direction, investment prioritization, and technology roadmaps
  • Set standard design patterns and enforce best practices, standards, and governance models for API design, development, deployment, and monitoring across all integration platforms
  • Provide expert knowledge for resolving security vulnerabilities on Open-source Java technologies
  • Design and implement complex routing and mediation patterns using frameworks like Apache Camel
  • Architect and oversee critical integrations between core business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) and Customer Contact Center technology
  • Drive extensive automation initiatives utilizing RPA platforms such as UI Path and low-code platforms like Appian and the MS Power Platform to streamline processes and improve data accuracy
  • Design highly available, resilient, and secure integration solutions using advanced AWS Cloud Technologies, MuleSoft, etc
  • Lead AWS DevOps activities, utilizing AWS Cloud Formation Templates for infrastructure as code, and managing the Creation & Upgrade of AWS Databases
