Requirements

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or related technical leadership roles

Responsibilities

Establish the enterprise architecture vision and standards for AI-powered development tools

Partner with security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure responsible AI use, addressing data privacy, IP protection, and regulatory requirements
Develop governance frameworks, including usage policies, approval processes, and monitoring standards for enterprise-wide adoption
Create reference architectures and best-practice workflows that guide teams in embedding AI tools into daily development activities
Collaborate with engineering, product, and infrastructure leaders to ensure scalability, security, and consistency of AI tool usage
Evaluate and recommend emerging AI development tools, assessing their alignment with enterprise strategy and technical standards
Define and track key technical metrics (e.g., integration success, performance impact, compliance adherence) to measure effectiveness of adoption
