Candidates should possess the ability to communicate complex concepts in an easily understandable manner, demonstrating a high level of desire for the solution. They should have the aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence both internally and externally, and be able to navigate a client organization to develop key relationships with multiple departments and leadership levels. A research and data-driven approach to account planning and the ability to proactively identify opportunities from business discussions are essential. Critical thinking skills to solve customer problems and close deals are also required, along with fluency in English.
The Enterprise Account Executive will analyze territory/market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue, achieve sales targets, and evangelize the UiPath brand by presenting and selling solutions. They will educate customers on the benefits of UiPath solutions, establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners, monitor industry competition, and supply management with reports on customer needs and potential opportunities. Additionally, they will partner with the Customer Success Management group to ensure customer value and resolve issues, and comply with all UiPath policies.
